BeauTerra “returns to its roots”
The laboratory produces Marseille soap, the composition of which was protected in ancient times even by laws issued by the French King Louis XIV. Nowadays, there are not many soap masters left who understand this skill – creating natural soap from olive oil. In addition, this process of creating natural soap is time-consuming and requires the constant presence of a master. However, the result of the work is worth all the effort – Marseille soap is a skin-friendly product that anyone, even those with sensitive skin and children, can include in their daily bathing ritual. Marseille soap is available in both a modern – liquid version and a classic – bar form. Taking care of nature, Marseille soap is now also available in refillable ECO-REFILL packaging.
Antique soap
It must be admitted that Marseille soap owes its origin to Aleppo soap, which is its predecessor. Aleppo soap is an ancient soap, the origins of which are attributed to 3000 years ago in Syria. Aleppo soap is made by a soap master using the same authentic hot saponification method that Marseille soap is also made with, but at the very end of the reaction, when the soap and natural glycerin mass is created from olive oil and pathos in copper pots, bay berry oil is added to it (BeauTerra does not spare this valuable oil and adds it to 20% of the total mass – which is a very high quality indicator). Bay berry oil is known for its antibacterial and skin-healing properties. The result is a soap that is also perfect for skin prone to acne, psoriasis and eczema. The deep velvety aroma of Aleppo soap comes from bay berry oil.
Modern and practical shower gels
BeauTerra has also thought of practical products that are useful for everyone to take with you to sports classes or use in the shower at home - nourishing shower gels. Their composition is suitable for washing the face, body and hair. The added value of shower gels is that they are completely soap-free and have a skin-friendly physiological pH level. This means that shower gels can also be used to wash especially dry, fragile and sensitive skin. They are suitable for the whole family, including children from 3 years of age and contain at least 90% ingredients of natural origin.
BIO certified product line
BeauTerra also offers BIO certified products – intimate hygiene products, baby wash products, as well as BIO shower gel and shampoo. All products are certified by ECOCERT and COSMOS ORGANIC and contain 97% ingredients of natural origin. They do not contain dyes, parabens, phenoxyethanol, MIT, BHT.
Caring for a beautiful world
BeauTerra is not only natural in composition (more than 90% natural ingredients), but its packaging is also recyclable and made from recycled material. Detergents are available in large - 1L packages, which ensures less plastic consumption and disposal, as well as limits the amount of exhaust gases, because when transporting 1L packages, twice as much soap is transported than in 300ml packages, for example.
