Usage

1. Clean and dry the application area.
2. Remove the protective film and attach the plate.
3. Gently press the edges of the plate to ensure it sticks better.
4. Leave the patch on for at least 4 hours for maximum benefit. (The maximum time the patch can be used is 8 hours. It is recommended to leave it on overnight to ensure continuous absorption of the active ingredients.)
